Can I use my own brand while hiding GnPlay's?

Yes, it is possible. We can provide the software in a "whitelabel" format, where we replace the logo, names, and URL of the system with those of our partners.

How does support work?

We recommend that customer contact be handled by the partner to avoid the risk of direct contracts between the client and GnPlay. For technical issues, the partner should collect the details and forward them to GnPlay.

Who can become a partner?

Any company (or individual) that believes in the sales potential of our software and has a commercial force can become a partner. Currently, we have a larger number of partners in the IT sector who deliver solution packages with our software included.

How is payment handled?

The most common format, which can be negotiated, is for GnPlay to make a single monthly charge to its partners, who then charge their clients themselves, passing only GnPlay's share.

In case of customer default, will I incur losses?

GnPlay does not usually pursue legal actions or protest EINs. In cases of default exceeding 20 days, we only suspend system access without major disruptions. If your clients default, please keep us informed, and if necessary, we will suspend access and adjust the billing to avoid harming the partner.
